A gelato lover and a pastry chef
meet, fall in love, and open JALB

Owners Chris and Marina always had a thing for sweet treats and hospitality! Whilst Marina studied patisserie and was winning awards for her cake decorating, Chris was was winning gold medals for his service and racking up experience at his family's catering business. The duos worlds collided when they found themselves in the same hospitality class, and then fell in love!
Fast forward a few years (and a lot of deserts) later, Chris had an epiphany while devouring his favourite food on the planet - Gelato! ​He asked Marina to join him in a new adventure, and from there JALB was created!
